The Extended Access Service aims to make it easier for people living in North Derbyshire to get an appointment with a GP or another health professional within a primary care setting. The service is delivered by North Derbyshire GP Federation through our network of GP practices.
From 24th Sept 2018 North Derbyshire GP Federation will be providing evening appointments on behalf of GP practices across North Derbyshire.
Patients registered with a GP in North Derbyshire can now book appointments to see a doctor or nurse at weekends.
Appointments are available:
Saturdays – 09.00–13.00
Sundays – 10.00–13.00
Bank holidays – 09.00–13.00
You can book appointments in one of our practices from 6.30pm until 8.00pm Monday to Friday by contacting your own GP practice.
Please contact your own surgery by phone to book or cancel an appointment. These appointments can not be booked on line and must be done via your own practice.
